Buy your Smart Bike on our Webshop, and get access to the Basic-Fit Home App. This membership includes your own Smart Bike and a one-year Basic-Fit Home App subscription.

Log in to your account on the basic-Fit Home App and Go For It!



FEATURES:

ON-DEMAND FITNESS CLASSES: A diverse range of classes from Basic-Fit Amsterdam studio. Find the perfect workout that matches your needs, based on your own level, duration and preferences.

WORLD-CLASS TRAINERS: Get inspired by our Basic-Fit trainers, who motivate you to get the most out of your workouts.

DIVERSITY TO STAY INSPIRED: Get the mix of cardio and strength you need to reach your fitness goals. Choose the best fitness classes for you by filtering for duration, type and your favourite music.

The ALL-IN CONNECTION TO SMART BIKE VIA BLUETOOTH: This connection allows the application to display data about the ride. You can see the current cadence or number of revolutions per minute (rpm), the power output (in watts), the distance (in meters), and the actual number of calories burnt during the workout.

YOUR PERSONAL PROGRESS: Track your active minutes, workouts, distance, and calories burnt on your Progress page. Check the overview of your weekly progress and results.

ON TABLET AND TV: Cast your workout directly from your tablet to the TV.

The Basic-Fit Home App offers a wide range of Smart Bike workouts. These are divided into six main categories:

RHYTHM RIDES

Cycle to the best music and turn your workout into a party! The rhythm determines your pace and gives your motivation an extra boost. Choose the intensity of your workout depending on the resistance and the selected level. Rhythm Rides vary in duration from 20 to 60 minutes per session.


ROUTE RIDES

Cycle through the most beautiful landscapes and the most impressive mountains. Enjoy the views while our top trainers take you on classic routes such as the Alpe d’Huez, Col du Tourmalet and many more.


POWER RIDES

The perfect combination of cardio and strength training. By alternating cardio (on your bike) with power exercises (next to your bike), you really get the most out of your workouts. The best of both worlds!


STRENGTH TRAINING

These strength training sessions connect perfectly to the Smart Bike workouts. The lessons use both your own body weight and free weights.


JUST RIDE

Choose the duration of the ride, track the distance (in meters) and the number of calories burnt during your workout. Go For It!


OTHER

Under this category you will find different types of GXR workouts (ABS & Core, Booty, Shape, Yoga and Pilates) and other types of Home workouts with and without equipment.
